In addition to the above, we process personal data to develop our services, to provide contact persons with information about us and our range of services and facilities. We process personal data to address invitations to scientific events addressed to professionals.

We take into account the context in which the personal data were collected, in particular with regard to the relationship between the data subjects and us, as well as the possible consequences for the data subjects.
We publish personal data of persons who make them public in a manifest manner.
We send invitations to scientific events organized by the Romanian Society of Cardiology and the societies affiliated with them or with which they traditionally collaborate.
We transmit to the bodies of the medical profession information regarding the participation of doctors in events organized by the Romanian Society of Cardiology and its partners, access to documentation resources, use of personal data without which the granting of professional training points for doctors would be impossible.
Legal basis for processing personal data
We process personal data of contact persons based on consent, a contract concluded with us or fair practices, as well as for the performance of our legal obligations.
Data retention
Personal data will be retained by us only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, as well as, of course, according to legal or contractual requirements. In the absence of such requirements, the retention period for records and supporting documents for services should not exceed 10 years.
Security of personal data processing
Our security measures, both technical and organizational, protect both our information and contact information, personal data and other important data. The concern for detecting, investigating and resolving security threats is permanent. We allocate significant logistical and financial resources in this regard.
Rights of data subjects
In the absence of legal provisions that circumscribe them, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

- the right to rectify any incorrect or incomplete personal data;

The images of the professionals we display come from them or illustrate public events in which they participated.
Facebook Pages
